Apex-Fi commits to acting impartially in relation to the applicants, candidates and certified persons by the company through the implementation of documented procedures. Apex-Fi understands the potential threats that may affect the impartiality, thus the company develops, maintain and reviews impartiality threat analysis to determine the potentials real and perceived that may impact the certification.

Apex-Fi policy towards records and information is to maintain confidential information such as candidate records in a manner that limits the authorization of persons related to the certification activities to access information throughout the individual’s life cycle of certification. Apex-Fi ensures that personnel handling records of certification are competent and maintain the required disclosure agreements of all related bodies that have access to any of certification’s information and documents.

Apex-FI is responsible for all decisions at all levels of the appeals- handling process. Furthermore, Apex-Fi ensures that the decision-making personnel engaged in the appeals-handling process are different from those who were involved in the decision being appealed.
